So you found a property on your own, but you would like someone to represent your interests during the closing process?  We can do that!   Rio Wild Properties can represent you as your "buyer's agent", even on a property that you have already located and negotiated to purchase.  We can confirm that the documentation is in order, including title searches and lien researches on the seller, complete the purchase agreement and even FedEx your recorded title to your home.  We generally charge a flat fee for these services to the buyer, but in some cases we can help you negotiate our fees as a concession from the seller.

HOME INSPECTIONS:
Rio Wild Properties can provide structural or general home inspections.  We use only licensed contractors for our inspections, which means you not only know what you are getting, but what, if any, repair costs will be before you buy it!
